Who knew a high school skating rink DJ would turn into a lifelong career behind the microphone?
From spinning records at the rink to filling dance floors, Michael Stuart eventually found his way into full-time radio at stations across the country like in Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola, Florida, Nashua, New Hampshire, Destin, Florida, Charleston, South Carolina, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and metro Atlanta. Yes, radio personalities really do move around that much.
Today, Michael is the owner of Michael Stuart Productions, providing voice over, commercial production, live emceeing, and on-camera talent for clients across the country. What began as a side business in 2003 became a full-time venture in 2007, and today serves marketing agencies, broadcasters, businesses, nonprofits, and production companies of every size.
Michael’s voice has been heard in commercials, animation, travel videos, video games, and nationally syndicated Christian radio. He’s also the writer and producer of Sonrise, a daily inspirational radio feature heard on stations nationwide.
Away from the microphone, Michael is an agency-represented actor whose credits include feature films, television, and national commercials for brands including Amazon, Home Depot, AT&T, BMW, Rooms To Go, and Bridgestone Golf.
When he’s not in a recording booth, on a set, or on stage emceeing an event, you’ll find Michael at home in Sharpsburg, Georgia, with his wife, Kari, and their cat, Charlie.
The photo above has nothing to do with entertainment. It’s Michael receiving the Star of Life Award after helping save the life of a man who suffered a traumatic accident by using a belt as a tourniquet. It’s a reminder that serving people has always mattered more than being in the spotlight.

While for most people, getting on stage with a microphone and performing in front of thousands of people is slightly more frightening than facing death itself, Michael Stuart seems to feel completely comfortable… at home even. Having hosted events at Six Flags Over Georgia, Turner Field, Trilith Studios (Formerly Pinewood Studios), Piedmont Fayette Hospital, as well as countless fundraising events and street festivals, there is practically no audience to large or too small for Michael Stuart.
